Software License
StretchFix is licensed under the GNU General Public License version 2.
A human-readable version of this license is also available on the Creative Commons site.

The various sub-components of StretchFix are licensed under different licenses. End-users
If you are an end-user of the software package as a whole, it means you can use the software for no charge, however you see fit.

This also means that the GPLv2 components may not be used in conjunction with any non-GPL software. For instance, it would be a violation of the license to load the Secretrabbit Varispeed into a commercial or non-GPL host software (such as Logic).

On the other hand, the components licensed under the LGPL can be "linked to", "loaded", or otherwise inter-operated with by software of any license.

Please see each component's website for more details.

Developers
If you are a developer, I encourage you to visit the developer section!
The GPL means that you can read and study any code you are interested in.

I am excited to hear if you are working with my code. Please let me know what you are working on, especially if you are improving the software. I would be interested in merging useful changes and bug fixes to the main branch. For the interm, this must occur through a moderator (me) until I can get an SVN server up.

Please contact me for more information: kcdixon@mtu.edu.

Apple Mac OS X and Universal logos
Yano Signal Processing has entered into a logo license agreement with Apple regarding the use of the Mac OS X and Universal Binary logos.

As far as my understanding goes, this license applies only to this product (and version range), as licensed by Yano Signal Processing. Please see the Apple Developer Connection Logo Program site for details on how to license your software.
